Easter pictures!

I wrote a basic post on my blog, but wanted to save the picture overload for Henry's blog :) Easter this year was brought to you by Mok and Pok! Thank you so much Mok and Pok, he loved everything about it!

On Saturday he found his basket and pulled it out of the Target bag. He kept holding it up to his face and saying "Aww" because it is so soft :)

We got some little cookie treats for him, a toy train, and some Elmo "eggs". We skipped the candy this year.

After church on Easter we set his basket down. These pictures aren't the best quality, sorry.

The hanger on the pants said 18 months, but later when he was wearing them I noticed the tag said 24 months. Oops. No wonder they were so humongous on him!

It was a lovely Easter, and Henry was absolutely adorable. I can't wait until next year when he understands it even more, and we can have a true Easter egg hunt. Thank you Mok and Pok!! We love you. I hope everyone had a lovely holiday :)

Valentines

I hope you all had a lovely Valentine's day. Henry got a card in the mail from Mok and Pok, and he was SO EXCITED that we just had to get pictures of his reaction.

As you can tell, he loved it. He had a great Valentine's day. He even got a stuffed animal from Mimi and Bear, and of course he got loved up as much as possible, with extra kisses, from all of us :)

Merry Christmas

Obviously I should have posted this yesterday or the day before. But life doesn't always work out like that ;). We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas, and enjoy the rest of this holiday season!

Our work had our Christmas party about a week and a half ago, which is where Henry met Santa for the first time. The party was pretty typical (aka terrible but bearable for a little bit haha), but it was nice that they brought Santa in for the kids. They also handed out little presents for all the kids. It was like Halloween again--more candy for Mom! 

Henry wasn't really sure what was going on. Then I called his name to get him to look at me and smile, and Santa asked "What is his name?" When I told him he told me in confidence, "That's my name!" It was a cute little connection :)

vacation: 4th of july

We got this adorable onesie from Mimi, and happened to have matching shorts. Which resulted in the most adorable patriotic ensemble I've ever seen! We had a little holiday photoshoot, which doesn't require any more introduction.

After eating the flag, we took that away and then he decided to show off his new trick. He was really proud of himself:
